„Cześć” means „Hi” in Polish. I am visual practitioner, graphic recoder, graphic facilitator, webinar specialist and public speaking trainer based in Warsaw, Poland. I use visual tools to help you see the meaning of words, to understand processes, to build memorable visual stories.
I have a strong project and training background. I worked for The United Nations Development Program in innovative project focused on development of local communities and IT. For over 6 years I worked for the Global Libraries Initiative in Poland led by Bill and Melida Gates Foundation.
As a visual practitioner and webinar expert I work with businesses, public institutions and NGOs – among them are: Danfoss, Bayer, Volkswagen, Roche, Mediacom, Walk Events, Council of Europe, National Cultural Centre, Center for Social Communication of Warsaw, Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute.
I express myself in action, I learn in practice. I am a Confucius type of person: Tell me, and I’ll forget. Show me, and I will remember. Let me do it, and I will understand.
For me, cooperation is fun, it’s an adventure, it’s satisfaction. Let’s draw togehter! Let’s webinar together! Let’s share your story!
“Professionalism and empathy” are the words that come to mind when I think about my cooperation with Dorota! I had the pleasure of organizing together with her a webinar and she proved to be very supportive, sharing with me her experience, giving me practical information, managing with all technical issues of the webinar… all this in a very easy way, always with a smile on her face. What I specially appreciated is her capacity to keep calm in tense moments and to react rationally and with tact, while showing support to me and to the participants. Dorota earns my honest, high recommendation as a professional facilitator, organizer and presenter.
We worked with Dorota during our international meeting in Slovakia. Dorota did fast graphic recordings from our session and also organized and lead a team discussion using visual tools. We could focus on the most important issues and share our ideas easily. This visual forumla was engaging and effective. I appreciate Dorota’s strong communication skills and willingness to understand how visual practice can help the client. I recommend cooperation with Dorota – she is a great visual practictioner.
